IN-PERSON CONSULTATION
The perfect place to begin! We will discuss your skin history, goals, and lifestyle considerations. You’ll leave with your new skincare regimen (or part of it) & the confidence in how to use it! The cost of this service goes towards your home care regimen at the time of your appointment.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Not in the area? Via video, we will review your skin history, goals & concerns, as well as lifestyle considerations before fitting you for a new skincare regimen. Like the in-person consult, your service fee will go towards your new regimen at the time of your appt.

Custom Facials
THE SIXTY
60 minutes of time completely dedicated to what your skin needs in that moment. The Sixty will always include a skin analysis, exfoliation & hydration, a neck or scalp massage, and finishing products. Additionally, it could include: Dermaplaning, LED therapy, extractions, a light chemical peel, or a sculpting facial massage. Interested in something specific? I will make sure to incorporate it! Not quite sure what you need? You don’t have to worry about a thing.

THE NINETY (SIGNATURE FACIAL)
Poppie’s Signature Service! 90 minutes on the table means more time to address your unique skin concerns. Just like The Sixty, The Ninety will always include a skin analysis, exfoliation & hydration, a neck or scalp massage, and finishing products. The Ninety will also include my manual lymphatic drainage sequence & sculpting facial massage. Additionally, it could include: Dermaplaning, LED therapy, extractions, or a light chemical peel. CELLUMA LED LIGHT THERAPY
LED Light Therapy
Recommended in a series of 8. My favorite healthy aging & acne treatment with zero downtime. Optimal results achieved with 2 sessions per week over the course of 6–8 weeks. Service includes a double cleanse, a 30 minute LED Nap, and finishing products. This is an amazing add-on after a facial wax to help boost healing. Not recommended for anyone with photosensitivity!

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re curious about where to begin, I highly suggest starting with a skincare consultation. You have the power to treat your skin twice a day, and if I’m lucky, I am treating your skin once a month. Your homecare routine plays a critical role in the results you will see within your skin for this reason. Consultations can be done virtually if you aren’t local to Midland, MI or in-person at Poppie.
Following a consultation, since all services are highly customized, all you have to do is simply select the amount of time you’d like to spend on the table and I will take care of the rest! I currently offer a ninety & sixty minute treatment option.
We don’t want to potentially move around Botox or Filler while manipulating the skin during a facial, so I recommend waiting at least two weeks before a facial treatment.
If you are receiving more advanced aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, laser services, etc. please contact Zoie directly or submit an inquiry to discuss when it’s safe to receive a facial service.
If you are a new client to Poppie, please fill out all intake forms at least 24 hours before your appointment so Zoie has time to contact you directly with any questions.
We highly recommend bringing a detailed list of your current skincare routine so we can add it to your client file and update it accordingly.
If you are using tretinoin, please note tret should be stopped at least 7 days prior to any facial treatment or facial waxing. If you are using retinol or any other topical vitamin A derivatives, you’ll want to avoid using those for at least 3-5 days before your treatment.

I value transparency about the investment you’re making, and I want to give my clients a better idea of what to expect when incorporating their services in their monthly or bi-monthly budget. Therefore, you don’t ever have to worry about leaving a tip. Cancellation Policy:
Life happens! Your appointment is extremely important to me, and I value your time. As your service provider, I respectfully ask you value mine. If something comes up, please reschedule or cancel any appointments 24 hours prior to your existing appointment time. Cancellations & reschedule made less than 24 hours before will be considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service. No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price- this amount cannot be applied to a future service.
Children & Guests:
My studio is small and designed for a 1:1 experience, so please leave children & guests at home during your service time (unless they are receiving a service as well).
Product Return & Exchange Policy:
For established clients of Poppie Skin Studio, please contact Zoie directly in the event of any adverse reactions following a skincare purchase within 5 days to discuss options.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office or online.
Returns of Colorescience, Marini Skin Solutions, or Glymed products purchased through separate storefront links fall under the policies of those websites as they are separate entities from Poppie Skin Studio. In the event of damaged goods or missing orders, please reach out to those websites directly if you ordered product there.
